thin-wall molding. Covers up very fine hairline scratches and pores, corrosion resistance. |
Nano PND
(nano diamond) |
Formulated with Nano Diamonds. Exhibit very good anti-stick with scratch
resistance properties. ( 4-5H ), high wear resistance against glass
filled and abrasives resins, reduce wear in extrusion molds, increase scratch resistance properties in polish mold, improve flow and wear in nozzles. |
Nano PND - HS

High stress double coat series. A higher performance grade with better antistick properties, higher wear resistance and durabilities. Works on hot plate welding.

Nano PBN
(nano boron) |
Formulated with Nano Boron, high thermal resistance up to 450-550 degree C, low coefficient of friction 0.015~0.07. Good chemical inertness.
Non-wetting for glass, aluminum, Magnesium casting, excellent Anti-stick properties. Works well with Urethane resins, Thermoset resin.
